Mrs. Ashley Fisher

Mrs. Fisher teaches English and has been part of the Freshman Academy since 2016. She has a master's in English curriculum and instruction and is the assistant coach of Speech and Debate.

Mrs. Kelley Sohn

Mrs. Sohn teaches Bilogy and has been part of the Freshman Academy since 2018. She graduated from Central Methodist University with her bachelor's degree. She is also the Co-Sponsor for the Junior class.

Mrs. Shannon Hunsaker

Mrs. Hunsaker has been teaching 9th grade at Smith-Cotton for nine years. She teaches special services for Math and Science and co-teaches Biology.

Ms. Elizabeth Shaffer

Ms. Shaffer  has many years of experience working in both a small and large district teaching Family and Consumer Sciences. She specializes in culinary courses but also teaches classes such as child development, textiles, housing, and interpersonal relationships. Ms. Shaffer is also the sponsor of Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).
