Mrs. Brownfield's educational career began as a business teacher at Smith-Cotton High School. Since that time Mrs. Brownfield also has served Sedalia School District 200 as the instructional technology specialist for grades K-12. Her main responsibilities now include curriculum and instruction, professional development, and assessment for the secondary level. Mrs. Brownfield believes in equipping students to be adequately prepared to be competitve in whichever path they choose after high school. 

Mrs. Brownfield says, "We want students to feel motivated and challenged during their educational experience.  If they can dream it up...we want them to have the ability to put in the work to make that dream a reality."

Mrs. Gilmore's educational career began as an elementary teacher at Washington Elementary. Since that time Mrs. Gilmore has also served Sedalia School District 200 as the instructional coach for Washington Elementary. Her main responsibilities now include curriculum and instruction, professional development, and assessment for the elementary level. Mrs. Gilmore believes in providing high quality foundational skills to our students.  She says "with a solid foundation, our students will have the proper footing to achieve their goals and strive for more."
