SCJH Library Media Center

  • Welcome to the SCJH Library Media Center Website!

    • STEM and Coding Sessions: Our STEM sessions include hands-on activities using science, technology, engineering, and/or math concepts.  During coding sessions students learn beginning computer programming and all levels are welcome!  Students can sign up for these activities in the library on Mondays, and the sessions take place during seminar on Thursdays.
    • Origami, Book Clubs, Crafts, and more: We love to start the day in creative, relaxing, and fun ways! Sign up for whichever type of session that interests you. Sessions will be announced in the daily bulletin.
    • Rubik's Cube: This student-led club meets occasionally on Friday mornings. Sign up in the library if you'd like to join!
    • Lunch in the Library: Each session we will focus on a different genre, series, or authors. Students bring their lunches to the library during their lunch shifts. Sign-ups are in the library, and specific dates will be announced on the morning bulletin. This will resume when Covid restrictions are relaxed.
    • Tiger Book Swap: Do you have books at home you no longer want to read? You can bring them to the library and trade for other books on our Tiger Book Swap shelf!

Please contact Mrs. Sparks at 829-6359 or with any questions or concerns.
